What you gain when you reset: Karma if you have more than 30 35 kittens. More karma for more kittens. Paragon if you have more than 70 kittens, one point per kitten over 70. You also get a point of paragon for each 1000 years your game has been going for. More Zebras (again, not sure, don't do IW) Karma adds to happiness.
